Bill Biles

Principal/VP Operations
Biles Construction LLC

Bayless Biles began his construction experience at the age of 14 working with Redmon Construction. He then spent five years at Bay Roofing during his summer breaks in high school and college. He learned everything from estimating to planning residential and commercial roofing systems for large condos and several major golf course developments along the gulf coast. After gaining many years of invaluable experience, Mr. Biles took his work ethic from the field to the classroom. He went on to study business at Birmingham Southern College and the University of Tennessee. Since then, Mr. Biles has turned his passion for design, building, and remodeling into what is now Biles Construction, LLC. He is a licensed general contractor as well as a partner in the real estate investment firm DB Properties. Mr. Biles also serves as a crew leader for Habitat for Humanity. He attends Callahan Road Baptist Church with his wife and two children.
Steffanie Breiner

A full time Sail Away Homes and Land REALTOR®, specializing in working with buyers and sellers in residential real estate in the Greater Knoxville area and surrounding counties. Steffanie is a member of The Knoxville Association of REALTORS and has previous experience with working the Knoxville and Nashville Parade of Homes.
